"Destructive Analysis On Uranium Metallurgical Slag And Calibration For Nondestructive Analysis Instruments SGS And AWCC"
Yuanzineng Kexue Jishu 1998 Volume 32, Issue 3 Pages 269-274
Zhang, C.;Liu, D.;Li, Z.;Li, J.;Dong, M.;Cao, B.

Abstract: Uranium content in metallurgical slag is determined with three kinds of destructive anal. (DA) methods: flow injection analysis (FIA), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) to examine the accuracy of nondestructive anal. (NDA) methods for segmented gamma ray scanning system (SGS) and active well coincidence counter (AWCC). The result indicates that the anal. data of three kinds of DA methods agree with each other very well. The accurate uranium content in metallurgical slag is obtained. The results measured by NDA instruments SGS and AWCC are calibrated.
