"Flow Injection Analysis Methodology: Its Application In The Dissolution Testing Of Oral Dosage Forms"
Pharm. Technol. Eur. 1998 Volume 10, Issue 3 Pages 16-22
Lopez Paz, J.L.;Martinez Calatayud, J.

Abstract: A review with 22 references. This article comments on the current status of dissolution tests for oral dosage forms, with emphasis placed on the application of flow injection analysis (FIA) methodology. Selected examples of recent FIA assemblies are included to depict the present state-of-the-art technol. The proposed assemblies are based on different physicochem. detectors (amperometry, spectrophotometry, fluorimetry and atomic absorption) to demonstrate the general applicability of FIA methodology, and different anal. procedures are also performed.
