Abstract:
Review: Chemical analysis of the positive solution of automation is an important development direction of modern analytical chemistry from the 1960s in the field of clinical chemistry analysis is used widely. Continuous flow Skeggs proposed colorimetric analysis system was the fastest growing, one of the most widely used technique. 1974 Ruzicka by injection injector and the abolition of Skeggs system introduces air bubbles in the pipeline approach, creating a flow injection analysis (Flow Injection Analysis, referred to as FIA), the continuous flow analysis to a new level, this new technology is essential characterized by analyzing speed, high precision, wide adaptability, and can greatly save the sample and reagents. General analysis sample rate of up to 100-200 times/hour, analysis accuracy of 1%, the relative standard deviation.
