Abstract:
A stopped-flow/flow-injection analysis methodology is described for a2-macroglobulin kinetic studies. The system was evaluated by determining albumin with bromocresol purple, by the kinetic determination of lactate dehydrogenase, and by a2-macroglobulin kinetic studies in human serum with BAEE substrate and trypsin.
